vintage lacquered tray

This beautuful vintage tray is originally from Burma. It's made of woven bamboo with layers of lacquer. It's a time consuming, laboreous process seeped in the Burmese culture. Being a vintagle piece, minor wear is to be expected. It's 18" wide and nearly 5" tall. It will make a wonderful center pirece.
